What is 2U.GG?
2U.GG is a full-featured link management platform that lets you shorten URLs, build Bio Pages, generate custom QR codes, run link-rotator campaigns, add splash pages & CTA overlays, track every click, use your own domains, collaborate in teams, and integrate via API.
How do I shorten a URL?
Log in and go to Shorten Links → New Short Link.
Paste your long URL into the Destination field.
(Optional) Enter a Custom Alias (e.g. promo2025).
Click Create — your new 2u.gg/... link is ready to use.
Can I use my own domain instead of 2u.gg?
Yes. Navigate to Branded Domains → Add Domain, follow the DNS instructions, then select your custom domain when creating new short links or Bio Pages.
What are Bio Pages and how do I create one?
A Bio Page is a personalized landing page that aggregates all your links and social profiles.
Go to Bio Pages → Create Bio, give it a name, choose your alias and domain, then save.
Share 2u.gg/your-alias as your universal profile URL.
How do I generate a Custom QR Code?
Open Custom QR Codes → Create QR.
Enter the target (short link or external URL).
Choose static vs. dynamic, set colors/logo, then Generate.
Download PNG/SVG for print or web.
What are Campaigns & Rotator?
Campaigns let you group multiple short links / QR codes / Bio Pages, then optionally “rotate” visitors randomly across them.
Create a campaign under Campaigns & Rotator → New Campaign.
Add any existing links or QR codes.
Share the campaign URL — each visitor hits a different link in turn.
How do I add a Custom Splash Page?
Use Custom Splash Pages → Create Splash to build a branded interstitial.
Design your headline, image, and button.
Link it to fire before redirecting to your destination.
What is a CTA Overlay?
A Call-To-Action Overlay displays a banner or pop-up over your page before redirect.
Find CTA Overlay in the dashboard, click Create, customize text & style, then attach to any link or campaign.
How can I track clicks and see analytics?
All clicks are logged in real time under Tracking & Analytics → Reports.
View total vs. unique clicks, geolocation, referrers, device/browser breakdowns, and time trends.
Export CSV or connect via our API for deeper BI integration.
How many links, QR codes, or pixels can I create?
Free Plan: Up to 100 short links, 50 QR codes, 2 tracking pixels.
Pro & Team Plans: Unlimited links/QRs/pixels plus custom domains and team seats.

How do I add team members and manage permissions?
Under Teams & Collaboration → Members, invite by email and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer).
Editors can create/edit links and campaigns.
Viewers see analytics but cannot modify settings.
What integrations are available?
Out-of-the-box: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Zapier.

How do I recover a deleted link or alias?
Deleted items go to Trash for 30 days.
Go to My Links → Trash, select a link, and click Restore.
